Harassment, discrimination, or abuse in any manner is not tolerated. Simmons Mountain Works, its agents and representatives reserves the rights to end relationships with any parties witnessed to harass, discriminate against, or abusing others due to others’ nationality, political beliefs, religious beliefs, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, or sexual identity. This can include summarily ending contractual relationships or canceling bookings before scheduled end dates. In such events, any payments may be forfeit and there is no guarantee of return of outstanding funds.
