Rate: $700 USD / day + guide’s lodging, meals, and transport during the dates listed. Additional $350 for trip planning and making hut reservations.
If a fourth person joins after the deposit, an additional $200/day will be charged and added to the remainder.
Proposed Itinerary with minimum distances and elevation given - tour length and challenge can change due to weather, ski conditions, and guests’ preferences:
Day 1, 20 March: Meet in Scuol, Grisons, Switzerland. Time and location To Be Determined (TBD) at a later point. Use the ski area lifts and cross to the Heidelbergerhutte. Possible summits/alternative cols include Piz Soer, Mot, Piz Laver, Piz Davo Dieu and Piz Davo Lais. Minimum travel 5km, +1800m / -400m in ski area; 7km, ±300m backcountry.
Day 2, 21 March: Travel to Jamtalhutte. Possible summits/alternative cols include Piz Fasch’Alba, Kronenjoch, and Zahnjoch. Minimum travel 7km, +800m / -900m.
Day 3, 22 March: Travel to Chamona Tuoi. Possible summits/alternative cols include Piz Furcletta, Piz Urezzas, Hinter Jamspitz and Piz Blaisch Lunga. Minimum travel 8km, +950m / -800m.
Day 4, 23 March: Travel to the Wiesbadenerhutte. Possible summits/alternative cols include Piz Mon, Piz Jeremias, Dreilanderspitz, and Fourcla Vermunt. Minimum travel 5km, +750m / -600.
Day 5, 24 March: Travel to Silvrettahutte. Possible summits/alternative cols include Fourcla dal Cunfin and Silvrettapass, Egghorn, and Silvrettahorn. Minimum travel 8km, +600m / -800m.
Day 6, 25 March: Travel to Klosters. Possible summits/alternative cols include Tallisspitz, Sonntagspitze, Winterberg, and Seehorn. Minimum travel 9km, +100m / -1200m.
Day 7 & 8; 26 & 27 March: Additional nights at two huts, To Be Determined. The Jamtalhutte and Weisbadenerhutte are the two most popular, but there are day tours possible from all huts.
Hut reservations open in October and which huts we will spend multiple nights in will be determined then. Trip begins 20 March and ends 27 March.
