Cancellations Related to Covid-19

Simmons Mountain Works requests that anyone with Covid-19 symptoms and a positive Covid-19 test, or diagnosis of Covid-19, to not participate in-person services with us until they are symptom free.

Not all Trip Insurance providers are including Covid-19 in their coverage, and the final decision of which trip insurance policy to purchase rests with you. Simmons Mountain Works will attempt to make a rescheduling and refund policy as lenient as possible, and will assist guests in obtaining trip insurance that does not exclude Covid-19.

I must strive to find a balance between compassion and limit losses to a small business, which consists solely of myself.

If any Covid related concern is brought to my attention before final payment is due, I will provide the normal refund described in the Terms and Conditions. Within that deadline, I will work as best as I can to refund as much as possible. Simmons Mountain Works can make no guarantees that such a refund will equal the Terms and Conditions, or occur at all.

If any guest within a group must cancel due to Covid 19 concerns, the other guests will be given the choice to continue with the booking at rates modified to reflect the change in ratio, or reschedule the booking if possible as per the Terms and Conditions.
